RETURNS

We know sometimes things don’t
work out. If you need to return a product, you can do so within 2 days of
purchase. Just make sure it’s in the original, undamaged packaging.

EXCHANGES

Want to swap an item? You can claim to exchange your product within 2 days. It needs to be in its original, undamaged
packaging.

REFUNDS
(5 DAYS)
If your product arrives
damaged, defective, or incomplete, you can request a refund within 2 days of
receiving it. After we verify the issue, your refund will be processed within 5
working days.
· For
pre-orders, only the amount paid is refundable if we can’t provide the promised
product.
· Refunds
for a change of mind aren’t covered.

· Pre-order
items: Usually delivered in 18-25 working days.
